1. I would like to have moved forward with ideas on Departmental Inclusion Champions and be part of creating a community of practice including business support staff as well as teaching staff.

Put together a couple of small effective anti-racism resources to incorporate into induction resources for new classes in September

Metaverse

Today's suggestions on how to use the Metaverse have been great. I will use these suggestions to pass on to delivery staff in my college.

Tailor the CPD I deliver to focus on ARC possibly create a ARC induction training which is compulsory for staff to undertake throughout the year

Create a classroom contract to ensure safe space and rules to follow for developing and tackling emotive topics.

Deliver E and D earlier in the year to ensure all learners are aware of the protected characteristic and how that relates to them. Use the Metaverse with the E and D qual to embedd ARC

Support the ARC champion in deseminating out the delivery ofARC embedding within the organisation

Planned Use of the Metaverse consistently though the year with my tutor group to message engagement and in my SL post pick several tutors message confidence and engagement at start so you have a starting point to use the metaverse in their teaching and measure the impact through the year, possibly on termly basis.

Staff survey, before during and after so we can measure where we are at.

More networking and ARC training opportunities.

Use the metaverse more as a teaching tool and blended learning tool.

Relevant training plan / CPD for staff on using the metaverse.

Embed metaverse it in my SOW and Lesson plans and allow time on timetables.

Get the senior lecturing team and management team on board and SL to disseminate and filter down their curriculum areas.

Beauty - look at investing in a range of training heads of different skins tones, for example, mixes heritage, black skin, Asian. Look at application techniques but incorporating diversity.

Trying more case studies in the classroom.

2 - Create training plan with Staff Development Officer that runs throughout the year, this will include continued metaverse training

3 - Try and secure funding for additional team members to ensure reach across different campuses to ensure consistency

4 - Work with teaching and learning team on embedding into Strive community, PGCE, audits of Schemes of Work, etc

5 - Continue to engage with all ARC training and take this back to the college
