         <description><![CDATA[<div>-&nbsp; Although both classrooms that use disciplinary interventions and don't use disciplinary interventions will have their "bad days," classrooms that do in fact use disciplinary interventions will, on average, have less disruptions.<br>- Less disruption(s) = More engagement = Higher Achievement&nbsp;<br>- Good classroom managers are made NOT born! Studies show that improvement in classroom management is achieved&nbsp;relatively quickly.</div>]]></description>

Most important of these four is withitness. Functions of an effective teacher can be categorized as making wise choices about the most effective instructional strategies to employ, designing classroom curriculum to facilitate student learning, and making effective use of classroom management techniques.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

skills show an increase in engagement and achievement.&amp;nbsp; They have fewer disruptions. 

Classroom managers are trained.&amp;nbsp; It is not a natural talent.&amp;nbsp; They must be taught.

Classrooms without strong management will have good days and
bad days.&amp;nbsp; For the most part though, the
number of disruptions in class without strong management will be double that of
classes that have strong classroom management.</title>
