A lot of factors contribute to this. In some cases, it is the students who lack the basic commitment to study, sometimes it is the teacher who is ignorant, lack of proper resources and adequate teaching aids, and the lack basic awareness about how important is education and literacy are some of the major ones.

There are  very poor drainage flows(system). In each  village there is a government school which is not worth to students who have big goals or to the one who want to set the goals .One of the best things in our life is to spend our childhood in villages .I personally feel ,it is a boon to live in village during our childhood. But to my surprise, now days the sad thing is the villages are adopting the city culture . The people in villages heartfully welcome the new ones to village , if  they  trust you they will stand by you ,Once they feel that you are not good they show as much hatred as they love.
