         <description><![CDATA[<p>For me to be the best me, the one I like to do is read. I love reading, especially romance novels! Being able to disconnect from reality for a little bit is something that I enjoy. Another thing I like to do is exercise. I can hit two birds with one stone when I listen to my audible books and go walking. I also take time for by papering myself, whether getting my nails done, getting a massage, or getting a facial.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

As a professional counselor, the stress is higher due to supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, etc., and being able to provide support for someone else you have to make sure you as the counselor are self-aware about your emotional needs. Self-care plays a huge role in the customer service profession. </p>]]></description>
