In my opinion, the subject science of learning is a very interesting topic. At the beginning of the lesson, we played two games which helped create an enjoyable atmosphere. I will definitely use them in my class.
In addition, I didn't know that there are four major theories: Behaviorism, Cognitivism, Constructivism, and Connectivism. These theories are fascinating but I didn't understand them well and they were taught briefly. I would like you to go over them again because it is very important for me to understand them well. Moreover, I was amazed to learn that there are several scientific methods which were proven to be successful in teaching students.

The lesson was very interesting and I learned some important things from it. The first thing is that we should avoid primary reinforcements and that we should not use food or drinks as rewards. In the school where I work, the teacher gives candies and chocolates to students who participate in the lesson and it definitely motivates them. Hence, I was surprised when you said that we should not use food as rewards. The second thing I learned is that we should not give students rewards for every good behavior. The third thing is that instead of giving students punishments or any other attention for bad behavior, we should ignore it. I have to say that I certainly agree with it!

I really liked the lesson and I think that the videos were great. The most important thing I learned is the importance of giving feedback. We, as teachers, must give students feedback in order to let them know what areas they should improve. In addition, when giving feedback, it has to be insightful, specific and be supported by examples. When a student does not get feedback, he will not know what he needs to improve because no one specifies it to him, he won't be able to present any kind of improvement next time.

I would like to know more about the following points:
1) Informative feedback and reinforcement feedback.
2) Which sentences we should not use when giving feedback.
3) Getting more examples of the differences between negative and reinforcements.
Thank you.

In my opinion, the lesson was very interesting! I think that brain research is an important and significant subject. In addition, I must say that I didn't understand well the videos we saw about the memory and the different memories kinds. I would like you to explain more about this subjects.
Moreover, I think that the way we were tasted today was great! Personally, I felt less pressure when you said you are not going to grade the test. However, this comment did not change my performance on the test, I still tried to answer all the questions and to do it correctly. I liked that we checked our friend's test and that we received an evaluation and feedback from the peer.

I think that this lesson was very important. There is no doubt that feedback has a great contribution to the student's performance. I would like to relate to the subject of giving feedback. In other courses, I have already learned the importance of giving feedback, but the thing that I didn't know was that it should be immediate and close to the activity. If it is not, the feedback will not be efficient. Therefore, in my opinion, we should do activities that have an immediate response. In this way, the student is able to receive an immediate assessment and know if he was right or not.

In the lesson, we learned about questions types- HOTS and LOTS.
When teaching, we use LOTS questions in order to help students understand the basic storyline or literal meaning of a story, play, or poem.
It does not only enhance students’ ability to analyze literature, but also gives them the ability to better answer reading comprehension questions, and improves their writing skills as well as their thinking skills.

In addition, what was new to me is that there are 2 questions types; Known – Answer Question and Open-Ended Questions.
In Known (Answer Question) there is only one answer and the teacher will not continue until one of the students will say the answer as in the teacher's mind.
Open-Ended Questions usually lead to a discussion in the class. (for example-what do you think about ......?)

I also learned that when teaching, I should change my tone of voice rather than being monotonous. In that way, students will be more interested in the lesson and will have a desire to participate in it.

The lesson was very meaningful. I liked that you checked what we remember from the previous lesson through an activity. I think that it is very important to examine the students' knowledge on the subject they have learned. This will help to preserve the material in students' long-term memory. The activity which we did in the lesson, definitely helped to remember the material better.
In my class, I will devote time to return with the students about the material they have learned. I'm sure it will benefit them.

In this lesson I understood the difference between spaced learning and interleave learning. I liked the quiz we did because, in my opinion, it is important for the teacher to constantly examine the students' knowledge and not just to assume what they understood. In addition, I liked the spaced learning method because it is a good way to help the students remember the material better and to store the information in the long-term memory.

We wrote 3-5 things that we would like to know more about them.
The topic of the lesson was deliberate practice. It means a focused effort to develop or improve skills. I was amazed to learn that it takes about 10,000 hours of engagement to develop exceptional expertise. I know from personal experience that if we want to be good at something, we need to constantly practice. The more we try and practice, the more we become experts in this field. Only when we practice, practice and practice we can learn any new skill or gain expertise.
