My school has almost 300 students and 38 teachers of various subjects (Maths, Greek, English, French and German Language, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography, ICTs, Religion, Arts, Biology, Music, Citizenship and Sociology etc). Some of the teachers are Early Career Teachers (about 6 of the 38). I am interested in empowering them, helping them, guiding them in facing the challenges of education, finding new ways of making our profession more enjoyable.
