It’ll be graded based on how clearly it’s written, how well it ties into course content, and how thoughtful your reflection is.</p></li><li><p>Peer-reviewed reflection post:<br>You’ll write a short (200–300 word) reflection about what you’ve learned and how your perspective on movement and mental health has changed.
