When talking about management I never paid attention to how much of my job reflects management. I struggle with time management and its something that I have to work hard to combat each day. Hostile aggression is never needed but sometime assertive aggression is necessary. Working for a Chirstian company also subsides the challenges of diversity in the workplace. I never realized the negative affects of planning. i always considered planning a great thing. i never thought that your planning could be preventing you action and your planning could stop your creativity. But when you think about it, it does. But i agree now that i've read more about each one. Every person organizes very differently and what one person does isn't always the case with the next person. I kind of thought that they were mostly the same thing. But I now think that leadership is more of a characteristic rather than a title. When i think of a shipping company they only department i really think about is fulfillment . I've never really thought about what it take upon quality control.
