Quickly create a couple questions and have the kids keep the cards on thier desks, its quick, simple, and nondisruptive. You'd get answers quickly that the whole class could see, and you could discuss and clear things up before moving on. 
- In the example the teacher is using it for a science lesson about planets- I think that is a great idea! Have a couple multiple choice questions and you could use it for benchmark and formative assesments. You could even use it as an exit ticket!
