Welcome to ABC Company! I'm Linh, the HR Manager. Congratulations on your admission, and welcome to our company. Your official start date is September 20th.

Here are our important workplace rules and guidelines:

First, Working Time

You should go to work on time, preferably 10 minutes earlier to prepare for work. Remember, should not leave the company until the end of the workday

Second, Dress Code

you ought to wear a uniform when you come to the company every day. If you don’t wear a uniform, you will go back to home. 

Next, Topics for Small Talk

Building relationships is encouraged. However, when engaging in small talk, please be mindful of sensitive subjects like politics, religion, and personal finances. For neutral topics such as hobbies, movies, or travel.

Finally, Office Etiquette

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, avoid excessive noise during work hours, and adhere to our "no food with strong odors" policy. Respect your colleagues' personal space and be mindful of company property.

This letter is to tell you that I am going to be on business on Monday morning. I’m very sorry for this convenient that I have to be the part of it, so I am not going to be by your side for this project. It is going to take longer than one week. During the time I’m away, Ms. Lan will be the contact person. You can reach her via email at Lan123@gmail.com or by phone at 0329646515. She is an enthusiastic, experienced person and of course he is new to you but take it easy and don’t be shy to discuss with him even small details. In emergency if Ms. Lan can’t help, you just contact me directly. Please send me the answer for your business dates so i can put them in the diary. Remember to attach a worklist that the team members need to complete in period of my business. I will check it on Monday.
