Fans create a wind chill effect. The wind chill effect is when the air being blown out of the fan hits your skin and takes the heat with it leaving you feeling cooler.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When there is little to no liquid on your skin when a fan is on, you still feel cooler but not as cool as you would feel if you have a liquid (usually sweat) on your skin. This is because when air moves quickly over water it increases the evaporation rate. A quicker evaporation rate will make the liquid on your skin a lot cooler </div>]]></description>
