I've previously run a library blog which was well utilised and was a great way of sharing student work.

I've finally got students involved in self-circulation and searching. When I arrived, there were NO OPACs and only one computer for circulation which the assistant or I had to run. I'm now able to support students more with finding resources etc instead of being tied to the desk.
