I felt sad when the deer was killed because I love deer and it's not fair for them to get killed. I also was sad when Storm was bleeding so bad that he could of died . 
But then I was happy when they finally returned back to their home so he wasn't running the sled anymore  because by Storm running the sled it was making him bleed more.   In chapter one I felt disgusted by the details Gary Paulsen gave about the deer and the wolves ripping her up. In chapter 1 . He says "considering the dogs have a big effect on my life " that made me feel happy

And Charlie just found the last golden ticket. One girl that was standing in the crowd called him a "skinny little shrimp."
