First, the grouping of staff into Pods was an excellent idea. It allowed for effective communication to take place so that nobody was left behind or lost. We helped each other out in many cases as well. Second, the fact that we put the students first was the best thing we could have done as a school.

In a matter of days, I watched as all of the teachers switched from the classroom learning they had already planned to an online curriculum.
