When I was 3 I joined gymnastics, and in 5^th grade I started competitive cheerleading. Competitive cheerleading is a sport that involves competing against other teams from several different parts of the United States. When at a competition you have to preform a 2 min and 30 second routine in front front of several people, and you are being judged by professionals.

Being motivated can mean the difference in what you are wanting to achieve in being a leader, in order to accomplish a specific goal you must continuously work towards that goal and you can not give up, you have to be motivated in order to lead people to a specific set goal.
