         <title>21st Century Skills </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li> Comprise <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higher-order_thinking">skills</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aptitude">ailities</a>, and learning <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disposition">dispositions</a> that have been identified as being required for <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Achieved_status">success</a> in 21st century society and workplaces by educators, business leaders, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faculty_(academic_staff)">academics</a>, and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Government_agency">governmental agencies</a>. This is part of a growing international movement focusing on the skills required for students to master in preparation for success in a rapidly changing, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_society">digital society</a>. Many of these skills are also associated with <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deeper_Learning">deeper learning</a>, which is based on mastering skills such as <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analytic_reasoning">analytic reasoning</a>, complex <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Problem_solving">problem solving</a>, and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teamwork">teamwork</a>. These skills differ from traditional academic skills in that they are not primarily content knowledge-based.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Critical thinking</strong> is the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Objectivity_(philosophy)">objective</a> analysis of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fact">facts</a> to form a judgment.The subject is complex, and several different <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_thinking#Definitions">definitions</a> exist, which generally include the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rational">rational</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skepticism">skeptical</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unbiased">unbiased</a> analysis, or evaluation of factual <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evidence">evidence</a>. Critical thinking is <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-directedness">self-directed</a>, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discipline">self-disciplined</a>, self-<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monitoring_(medicine)">monitored</a>, and self-<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corrective_feedback">corrective</a> thinking. It presupposed assent to rigorous standards of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excellence">excellence</a> and mindful command to their use. It entails effective communication and problem solving abilities, as well as a commitment to overcome our native <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egocentrism">egocentrism</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sociocentrism">sociocentrism.</a></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Flexibility</strong> or <strong>limberness</strong> refers to the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Range_of_motion">range of movement</a> in a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint">joint</a> or series of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints to induce a bending movement or motion. Flexibility varies between individuals, particularly in terms of differences in muscle length of multi-joint muscles. Flexibility in some joints can be increased to a certain degree by exercise, with <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stretching">stretching</a> a common exercise component to maintain or improve flexibility.</div>]]></description>

The process of learning these skills is called <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialization">socialization</a>. For socialization, interpersonal skills are essential to relate to one another. Interpersonal skills are the interpersonal acts a person uses to interact with others, which are related to dominance vs. submission, love vs. hate, affiliation vs. aggression, and control vs. autonomy categories (Leary, 1957).</div>]]></description>
