Congratulations on your second child! I can barely keep track of one, so I am impressed that you are doubling your workload. But in all seriousness, I am thrilled for you and your family as you prepare to welcome another bundle of joy into the world.

I can only imagine the chaos that will ensue with two kids running around your house, but I have faith that you are up for the challenge. Just remember to keep the coffee pot full and the wine glass nearby, and you'll be just fine.

On a more serious note, I've had the pleasure of working with you for some time now, and in our conversations, your love and dedication to your family, particularly as mother to Thomas, are consistently very evident. No doubt this new little one will be just as fortunate to call you 'Mom'. As you begin this chapter, know that you have my support, admiration, and parental solidarity. Being a parent to one is no easy task. I have no doubt that you will handle the transition to two with grace - most of the time ;) - and love. Your strength and resilience are an inspiration to us all. 

I wish you all the best as you navigate this new adventure. And if you need a break from the chaos, just come find me in the break room for some much-needed adult conversation.
