The red flag all natural is a strategy used to promote a product (medication, body products, food, etc) claiming that it uses "all natural" ingredients. The producers are implying that since the ingredients are "all natural" it is automatically a healthy choice which in many cases is false.

In this article it lists all the claimed foods that are advertised to be healthy.
