I thought the two platforms were very different from each other. I mainly use Pinterest for ideas, recipes and tutorials. I rarely save pins that contain links, or if they do contain links I rarely use them. I tend to save pins due to the image or video. I enjoyed looking at the different articles on Pocket and several of them interested me. However, you cannot search for specific articles. I also enjoyed that you can organise your saved pins into different boards on Pinterest, something that you cannot do on Pocket.
