Our team of ten members participated in an activity where we were given 22 LEGO bricks and tasked with creating a product to sell to a designated consumer. The exercise helped us develop skills in negotiation, team management, and targeted marketing.

However, we faced several challenges. Team contributions were uneven, and roles were not clearly defined or enforced. We also lacked sufficient preparation—both in creatively utilizing the bricks and in crafting a persuasive sales pitch. As a result, our sales performance was lower than that of other teams.

Despite these shortcomings, the activity provided valuable lessons. We recognized the importance of better organization, structured planning, and clear role distribution. Additionally, fostering creativity and maintaining an open-minded approach would have improved our execution. Moving forward, we will apply these insights to enhance teamwork, preparation, and strategic thinking in future tasks.
