         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1: I think the commandment that is most often violated is the first one, "Do not use a computer to harm others."<br>Q2: I think this is because people find it easy to do so online. What I mean by that is on a computer, a person is hiding behind a screen and they don't have to face the person they are harming physically; furthermore, they also don't witness the effects of their actions on the person because they are online. Also, online, one can easily operate under a completely different and false identity without consequence.&nbsp;<br>Q3: To combat this issue, people should not be able to create false identities. It should be a criminal offense because people get away with a variety of different crimes because of fake identities. I also think people who are found guilty of using technology to harm others, whether with a fake identity or a real one, should be punished. Hateful comments should be taken down as well as harmful websites, images or videos.</div>]]></description>
