This will cater to their educational needs but show me the mastery of this skill. 

In this case, the instructions would be in their language, but the actual process of completing the assessment would be done by them. 

For my ESE students, depending on their specific I would also adjust the assessment. They can complete the assessment standing up, on a yoga ball, or laying down if they are busy body students. If they are auditory learners, I can create an audio version of the instructions and have them use their own headsets to complete the assessment.
