You can consider the suggested escalation pathway below if deemed appropriate. Otherwise, please also raise issues during your local faculty meetings amongst other junior doctors.

The TEF and GMC surveys are also valuable opportunities to highlight issues. Nonetheless, you should try to use these other escalation pathways as well to try to raise these issues to help effect more immediate improvements.

As an MTI or trust grade doctor you should also be allocated an Educational Supervisor and be able to follow the same escalation and support pathways.
