Pour wine into 2 different glasses. 

  • 1st glass is your finest wine glass, get the rim as thin as possible.

  • 2nd glass - one with a thicker rim.

Did the wine taste the same or different?

  • Open a bottle of wine. 

  • Keep tasting a glass with wine exposed to oxygen and taste over days e.g. Day 1, Day2. Day 3...etc. 

  • Note down how the aromas and flavors evolve with oxygen exposure over a period of time. This is extreme oxygen exposure but interesting nonetheless.
