Promote two way communication

Encourage family involvement

Embrace cultural diversity

Collaborate with community organizations

Strategies:

I would have parent workshops on different subjects like Reading, math and other areas of interest.

I would also would reach out to families by having a google number where they can reach me along with my email in case they have questions.

I would also reach out to various community groups to help set up events for families and have the diverse groups be in attendance so if there is a language barrier we would have the help.
