It's not easy to learn english for the people whose english is not their first language, especially for the elderly. But it would beneficial that required to learn english in the U.S. so that there are more understanding between each other.

From my point of view, people who live in the U.S should be required to learn English because that is the universal language. English is the most popular language, and people from all over the world use it. Furthermore, it is essential to know English because if you live in America and don't know English, you'll struggle. For example, many different ethnic groups live in the U.S, and they have to learn English, or maybe get a translator. Having translators take up time, but if more people understand English, it would be beneficial.

No matter who you are, what you believe in or identify as, we should all treat each other with respect and humility. Although we may not agree sometimes, taking someone's rights due to our own perceptions and beliefs dehumanizes them and makes them think that they are less worthy than other groups of people.

In my opinion I think people should choose whether they would like to put their loved ones in nursing homes or take care of them. It’s their decision, because in nursing homes some people think that CNAs do not take care of them well but really CNAs do their hardest and it’s a lot of work. However a lot of people do not see that point of view and that’s okay some people perfer to take care of them on their own but requires more work and more of your time to be with your loved ones or people could also get a CNA to take care of your loved ones in your home. There are a lot of solutions when it comes to taking care of elderlys.

I've found that many who would disagree with the original statement would do so because of religious reasons or personal opinion. If others do not agree with it, they do not have to get an abortion, but they should not have the power to tell someone else what they can or cannot do with their body. We should, all of us, have the right to bodily autonomy without persecution.

From my perspective, there isn’t only one true religion. All religions have something important to say, they all hold something of greater power from us, they give us understanding to how we see ourselves, and it gives us peace and comfort of our place in the world. Whether we believe in god or something else, I think all religions serve to purify our heart and mind. We are all born with different ideas and thoughts, we all interpret religion in different ways. All religions are true for the people who believe in them, for that person, their religion is best because it’s most affective to them. We can’t say to a person that their religion is wrong, if we get defensive on trying to prove which religion is right, and fighting that the other is wrong, it denies the purpose of it as a whole. Religion should not be an obstacle or reason to prove anything, it should be an enlightenment, a way to how a person chooses to see. We can’t take that away from anyone.

In my opinion of religion, we seek and take strong hold of our beliefs because of what we are taught, along to what our experiences in life has led us to believe. We can start at one place believing in something, and end up in a whole different place of belief and ideas. In my final thoughts, all religions can hold a partial truth, no religion is fully right or wrong, they all go beyond us, I think that’s the beauty of it.

In my opinion, elders should be given all the possible attention and care. For me personally, I would never send a loved one in the care of someone else, that job would always be for me. I think growing up, looking at my culture, a Mexican family living together in the same house no matter our age, we never separated from each other. Family comes before anything, it’s why the idea of sending someone I care about away, could never be a thought for me at all. I do have to say that for elders who are too sick, out of our control to give them full help and attention, a person should need and ask for assistance by someone else. It’s not wrong to have help, it’s okay to admit that some things are out of our control. What is important to mention, is that elders are much better off when they have support from a loved one and is protective of them. Some people in nursing homes can deal with loneliness, sadness and depression.

I don't agree with the word requirement. But, I do think it should be recommended. This being said, if there were programs out there to help people learn English would be awesome. Which I know they are, but I feel like they are not spreading out the word for people to know about these resources. I feel like this shouldn't be a requirement because there are times parents are too busy or when they are a single parent it is just hard to find time for things. When you have kids you barely even have time for yourself and if you are a single parent it is even worse. Not only that, but sometimes because of how busy a parent is they barely even pay attention to their children. So, on top of having all these things going on and having to have that requirement to speak English, I just don't think it is a good idea. But, I strongly agree that we should encourage people to learn the language for sure and spread out the word to get people signed up and attend classes.

I strongly disagree. The main reason is that there are not enough organ donors to meet the need. To donate an organ and to receive that organ is a true gift of unfathomable means. Organ donation is risky and rejection is highly possible for the recipient and most will be on anti-rejection drugs for the rest of their lives. To receive such a gift above other people on the waiting list a patient must be the greatest in need and have the greatest means of success. Mental and physical health are evaluated. Quality of life post-surgery is evaluated. A substance abuser not in recovery is too high of a risk to continue to abuse their body and mental and physical health, when hundreds of people are on the waiting list who are doing all they can to stay healthy and alive.

Strongly Disagree. Many states allow abortion up to 15 weeks. Others up to viability ( able to live outside the womb) 24 to 28 weeks and some, oregan and colorado "late Term" or post-viability. Most women don't know they're pregnant until 6 to 10 weeks post conception. Scientifically the baby is a baby at conception. At 6 weeks there is a heartbeat and the mind/brain and spinal cord are beginning to develop. The baby's face is taking form with chin and nose formation. By 8 weeks the baby has arms and legs. At 10 weeks the baby has teeth, and its eyes are fully formed. The brain synapsis allows the baby to move hands, fingers and feet with thought. And heartbeat can be heard. At 15 weeks, still able to be aborted, the baby can hear you talk, can see light from dark and has eyelashes and eyebrows. The brain has continued to grow. The face is taking on distinct features. All this before many women even know their pregnant. There are many ways to prevent pregnancy from when a girl is 13, age of consent. Abortion is killing a baby for convenience.
