         <description><![CDATA[<p>I use the poll tool when presenting a question I want students to answer for quick checks of understanding.  I use the poll to assign students to tables (in Engageli).  For students who get the answer correct, I provide an independent activity to extend their learning and for those that get it incorrect, I will provide feedback and have another similar question that the students and I will work through together.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I just used it for a 1st grade lesson for next week. I added a youtube video and, I was able to use the multiple choice questions for a Nearpod Time to Climb.  Then I used the open-ended question for a collab board on Nearpod. Finally, I did a draw it activity for students to illustrate. (All while in this session)</p>]]></description>
