I think that the group tutoring is helpful and even one on one if the student is really struggling. However, when a teacher is trying to help a child like with the king kong training the teach moves into more a counseling position instead of the teacher. I teacher needs to be viewed as the teacher nothing more or anything else. I do like that they will compensate teachers for taking the mirco-classes.
