As Chair of the Pride@Endeavors Employee Network Group, I want to take a moment to celebrate and uplift our amazing trans community. Your courage to live authentically is so brave and so inspiring, and we're proud to stand with you. At Endeavors, we hope every trans employee and client feels supported, seen, and valued for exactly who they are. You deserve nothing less.

We’re building a culture where everyone can show up as their full selves. And that freedom should extend to the people we serve, too. Just know this: you are never alone. The LGBTQ community (and our stalwart allies) are one family, and we won’t be broken apart. We’ve got your back—today and always.

My son's courage to be seen and show me his authentic self should be celebrated!! I did not start knowing anything about what it meant to be transgender. I, like so many others, only knew a binary world until my youngest wrote a letter to me that would change everything I knew about everything. He is the most brave, creative, intelligent, caring, and deeply sensitive child (now adult). I knew that without a doubt I would support and love him through whatever would come. His courage to live authentically has opened the door for me to walk though many changes that led to me discovering my how to fully practice my beliefs and values. Today, I celebrate my son along with so many other transgender folks in our country who are persecuted, and dehumanized for being outside the binary. I pray for a country that leads with love and I will continue to advocate for equality for all. Now, I SEE you Son...thank you for letting me see YOU!

As part of the LGBTQ+ community, I wouldn’t be as brave or as proud of who I am without the decades of resilience, advocacy, and courage of trans people around the world. Your ability to live authentically, despite a society that often seeks to erase or suppress you, is nothing short of extraordinary.

Trans people have always been at the forefront of the fight for human rights, not just for themselves but for countless others. In a world that turns their very existence into a political debate, they continue to move through it with strength, grace, and love.

Because of trans people, so many of us have felt safe enough to explore and embrace our identities, to understand that gender is not a box we must fit into but a spectrum we are free to navigate. To be yourself in a world that tries to dictate who you should be is radical but trans people have shown us that it’s possible.

I see you. I honor you. I stand with you in solidarity, today and always.

I think now more than ever, it's important to celebrate Trans Joy and to let our Trans community know we see them and love them. The courage it takes to live your truth when the world tells you otherwise is a God-like strength and love. Don't ever let someone dim your light, shine brighter! Surround yourself with others who let you be the person you are and love you and support you. I promise to always do my part to fight the good fight and break down barriers so you live your life without fear. I love every single one of you, YOU ARE SEEN, YOU ARE VALID, YOU BELONG.

Today is a day to honor the courage it takes to live openly and authentically despite the challenges and prejudice many trans people experience. Today is particularly important because being visible is critical to challenging stereotypes and fostering empathy and understanding toward the community. Transgender Day of Visibility reminds us that we are all humans who deserve to be seen and respected for who we are. To my trans and nonbinary friends...you are the backbone of our LGBTQ+ community. To those who are out and proud, and to those who aren’t ready or able to be visible yet—you are valued, you are loved, and your identity is valid!!!
