liquid -  part of the medicine that is active is mixed with a liquid which makes it easier to take as it absorbs better.
tablet - active part is combined with another substance and pressed into an oval shape. 
tropical medicine - come in tubs or pump bottles and is usually mixed with another substance.
drops - can be used for the eyes, ears and nose and are used where the active part of the medicine is most effective.
injections - different injections for different things and different areas.
suppositories - the active part is combined and pressed into a bullet shape.

a brand just means its a copy/ fake of the original drug but they make the packaging more expensive so it looks and seems like the real deal.
