         <description><![CDATA[<p>I believe placement should depend on each child’s needs, not a one-size-fits-all rule. SPED schools are important for children with severe or multiple disabilities who need specialised care and very small class sizes. But many children with mild or moderate SEN can do well in mainstream classrooms if they get the right support. Forcing every child into SPED risks unnecessary separation from their peers. - Mumthaz </p>]]></description>
