Student populations would be the same- all represented and see things that they can identify with.
Students feel safe and cared for- excited for school and engaged.
Curriculum is adaptive and focused on a variety of things- including incorporating math and reading into various subjects so focal points can be on social and emotional growth, real world activities, science, social studies, etc. not a focus on standardized testing (none actually would be wonderful) and can lend to open discussions on what is happening in the world- student input on multiculturalism conversations

These discussions can open up the door to connection between school staff that will allow them to build up to the uncomfortable conversation surrounding inequity in school systems. Additionally, these conversations would open school staff up to being able to make real positive change in their curriculum. Ideally, in an equitable school, the curriculum would grown and change with the students and allow teachers to present a well rounded view of the world while also inviting students to question the narrative that's being taught.
