I am a full time middle school ENL teacher. 
I work in two schools. I co teach with 2 8th grade english teachers and one 7th grade teacher.
How can I "co-teach" when working with 3 different teachers, 3 different curriculums? They all have different books and lessons. How can I meet the needs of all the students, scaffold and take a leading role in the classroom? I will be entering my 2nd year next fall.
