They supposed to put the criminal into the jail. Their duty is to punish those poeple who don't obey the laws. They have so much power to decide a person is a criminal or not. In the story, they hide the truth and any information which can send the criminal to the jail. They should loyalty to the laws and rules. So they should punish those people who break the laws, they have the power to do this.

They supposed to help vicitms to get their rights, and protect them. Their duty is to support vicitms. They loyalty to their organization, those vivitms. They should try to do everything they can do to protect them and help to get their rights. If the organization is large, their power can be strong. However, most of them are weak, they are form by the vicitms and without reporter or government help, they almost can do nothing.

They need to make people to do the rights things and if they do something wrong, they should repent to god. They should stop the people who is doing something that is wrong. In the film, the church has a very big power and they almost control everything. The church uses their "love" and "kindness" to make people do things that they want them to do and tell people what things they did wrong (they think they are wrong). They use their power to make people do something they don't want to do. And they even influence the Civil Justice System and Criminal Justice System.
But in reality, the church doesn't have so much power. Even many people trust them, they still do the right things and make people feeling love. And in my country, they just have a very little bit of power.

They believe in the justice. They are perseverant and bold. They are the people that we should admire.

Their duty is to protect and support their customers. For Eric, he could do more for the victims but he didn't. For Jim, he is just doing his job. He doesn't want care about the victims even though he could do something.

90 priests total in Boston. It's too many for team spotlight because they guessed priests are about 10 and it has impact because priests were doing sexual harassment to children who are going to church and children had to obey priest because they were God.

Impact - i got impacted from team spotlight because they challenged a bigger problem and investigate well then finally, they succeeded to publish to the world about the church which is too difficult and need too much encourage feelings because problem of church is tough one. Church has a god, that's why no other newspaper have never investigate about it. But they're not. They worked to find the truth and for children.
