Most of them just hide it and pretend they are all fine and happy. On the inside they feel like an outsider. Someone different and sad. If you want to make someone feel just a tiny speck of happiness. S M I L E at them. It's not that hard. Doesn't even have to be a real smile. Just grin at them. Real or not it will help. A lot. It will make the person feel like they are not lonely and someone noticed them.
