Doing this every so often is a fun and interactive way to engage all of the kids. During the videos I will stop it and a ask a question pertaining to the video that way they can absorb the information and not just listen/ watch to it.

It's also fantastic to learn classroom management and read what has worked for some teachers and what hasn't. I can also search these things pertaining to a certain age group which a huge help because some things work for younger kids that will not work for older ones.

It also has a point system. If the whole class is doing great she can give them all a point. If a particular student did  something good, they can get  a point. The same thing goes for if a student did something bad, they get a point taken away. Parents can check the point system on the app.
