Weather is used when only covering short-term changes in the earths atmosphere, you can think of it as different events mixed in one day. Weather is different in all countries; it changes in hours and sometimes even minutes,
it determines the outcome of different stages in a day.
Climate however is used when referring to longer term conditions in a specific region. Depending on the region all climates differ.

Latitude- It is important because if it is far from the equator (high lattitude) it means places like that will receive less sunlight than places at low lattitudes, the amount of sunlight can affect the plants and animals living at the place
Ocean currents- This affects the climate , because what it does is it distributes different temperature of ocean water, this regulates the global climate, But it also goes against the uneven sunlight that earth usually absorbs.
Shape of land/tonography-
the shape of the land is a big factor, for example if it is a mountain there is a higher chance that it will rain near a mountain since there will be consendation and that will turn into rain also higher the point the colder it is
