Am I who I think I am

Sometimes I question myself

What do people think of me

Some average asian male

Maybe people think of me

As someone who just never succeeds 

and just fails

I am not perfect

My life is sort of a wreck

From making mistakes

To having plentiful aches

I am still young

Riding whatever comes my way

Taking baby steps day by day

But in society

I am still considered a prey

My future can still be kidnapped

Growing up into something I can’t adapt

But the blocked pathway doesn’t seem too hard

Feels like prison where every place is barred

I will try my best to get out of it, bombard

That shows my determination

I am an extrovert

I like human interaction

Seeing people hurt turns my heart cold

Postivity makes it feel like gold

I want to come back and realize

How and what I came through

To get where I am

And how quick it was, who knew
