75 gr. Walnuts

75 gr. Almonds

75 gr. Hazelnuts

75 gr. Raisins

150 gr. Honey

75 gr. Dark  chocolate

1 small spoon of cinnamon

60 gr. Candied fruit

a pinch of black  pepper 

a pinch  of ground nutmeg

Preparation:

Grate the chocolate and crumble  walnuts , almonds and hazelnuts .

Put in a bowl dried fruit,  raisins, and add grated chocolate, candied fruits, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, black pepper.

Melt the honey bain-mairie and put it with the other ingredients mixing them well.

Now carry on to mix it well in order to obtain an homogeneus mixture.

Wet your hands  with a solution with water and sugar,t hen 

We dance it during "Cantamaggio festival" from the 30th April to the 1st May every year. It's a popular dance and we do it because dancing it we celebrate the arrival of Spring.

The Cassero fair was an important market that took place in Roma Street and Cassero Street up to the bridge over the Nera river.
it was an important market because there in the past you could find any sort of objects and houseware that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. Now it's still quite important, but not like before and not to cause problems to car circulation. It has been moved in another part of the city close to the past one.
