I joined this class because I did well in life science in grade 9 and Ms. Askenazy recommended that I join. I'm not particularly set on a specific topic though but I hope to become more familiar with a type of science I'm not so well versed in. Such as food science because of my interest in culinary arts.

A topic that I am interested at this time is the social science of economics and the topic of macro economics. My science teacher last year recomended I pick this elective so I did. My topic of intrest at this time is something to do with the human brain or a system such as the nervous system. I hope to learn how to reaserch a topic of my own and get in depth details.

I am taking this class because I think it will be useful in enhancing my writing skills and help me efficiently analyze texts to help me plan ahead. It also looks great on transcripts and the skills gathered from this class will hopefully be a good to know in regards to my future carrer (in medicine) . Additionally, this opportunity seems to be very unique and something I may not be offered again
