- Detention for "skipping": I was "skipping" in the lockerroom with like half of my gym class because we didn't know what to do. Our gym teacher told us the previous week that we wouldn't be swimming the next week, so like half of us didn't bring our swimming stuff. So half of us just didn't know what to do because we didn't bring our swim stuff, and we just kind of chilled in the lockerroom. A couple of us still went into the pool without their swim gear and just didn't get participation points. The group of us that didn't go in just didn't know what to do so we just sat in the lockerroom. The principal then walks into the lockerroom and just had us go down to the office. Some of us tried to run into the pool last second, but got caught anyway. We weren't intentionally skipping, we were kind of just confused. We then got breakfast detention for a few days.
