This would mean that the theme park would create more jobs and perhaps more permanent positions instead of seasonal if the park was going to be open all year round. By creating more jobs, more people will be employed locally and in addition to this the living standards in the area would be improved. 

If Alton Towers was to be open all year round they could consider decreasing the maximum visitors numbers this is because the biggest complaint from visitors are that the queues are too long. By being open all year it could spread out the traffic. However, the busiest times of the year would still be Summer due to the nice weather however, the park could consider introducing an indoor ride to attract people to go during the winter months.
