         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sam is a 76-year-old man who had severe dysarthria after a stroke. After therapy, he regained his strength in speaking and confidence. His speech is still slurred, but it has gotten a lot better. He was able to write and speak better, along with using the technology available that he had not been able to use before.
