Good practices: 
  • Internal staff combined with organisations who bring expertise, e.g. mental health or digitalisation. 
  • Outsourcing the development of trainings for examples, plus officers being in charge.
  • It was always the idea to collaborate with stakeholders from the field for the SNACs.

  • It needs guidance if someone is less experienced and new in the NA.
