I was able to keep calm and my dish turned out the way I expected it to. However, I think I could have baked the muffins for longer to make them rise more.

❏    Were you able to manage time?  
Yes. I finished ahead of time and was able to have time left to clean up my work station.

❏    Did you face difficulties?  How did you overcome them?
Yes. I faced difficulties in my time management, as it sometimes took longer to complete certain steps than I expected. I overcame these by remaining calm and completing the steps as efficiently as I could to ensure I finish within time.

❏    How would you have done it differently?
I would have made my dish look more aesthetic and appealing and also let it bake for longer so that they would have risen more.

❏    Reflect on the food blogging process
The food blogging process helped me to understand what I did and what I could do better, and was overall very beneficial.

They were very useful in letting me pick out a more healthy dish and substituting ingredients in my dish to make it healthier.

How purposeful were the experimentation lessons in helping you come up with your final creation?
They were very manageable and I was able to pick them up easily. The experimentation lessons helped me learn new techniques and skills and think about what I can make for my final creation.
