This program will be helpful to the workers to help run their facilities in a proper manner. It allows us as ECE Workers to have more knowledge and understanding of how to work in a daycare or preschool facility. It gives us a chance to learn from our hometown, and not travel to a place we are unfamiliar with. We as students to can learn from each other, or help each other in areas we need help in.

In our community we have 2 day cares and a preschool. It helps our children to be social, emotional growth, learn healthy habits and learning routines to get used to schools routine.
