The main way we did this is when we had to do our Sentence Phrase Words and Thinking Sheets for each question but in a small (ish) amount of time, we would split up the work (e.g. Two people on a Synthesis Think Sheet, one person an a fishbone, and one on a Sentence Phrase Word).
