Bible of Aestheticism in England and Decandentism in Europe, the novel written by Oscar Wilde combines Gothic elements of mystery with French decadent fiction. Exalting beauty as the unique purpose of art and life as well as youth and pleasure, it discarded bourgeois morality with contempt.

This tragedy, written by W. Shakespeare, shows us a modern sensibility: with his doubts and indecisions, the lack of certainties and inability to communicate, Hamlet is the prototype of the modern man. By means of his famous monologue, Hamlet analyzes the meaning of life, the ideas of love and death.
One of the students of the 4th class, acted successfully the monologue, after learning it by heart. The setting is the precious library of the school, containing books that date back to two centuries ago.
