Shredded chicken

Mi favorita food is Shredded chicken

First, boil the chicken in hot water, then remove it from the water and let it cool down a bit.

followed by this you take a part and since the chicken is boiled it has a tender texture which allows you to start shredding the chicken

In a cauldron a sauce is made in which they make the already shredded chicken and begin to stir it over low heat until the chicken obtains a yellow color thanks to the sauce

Its flavor is tasty and it combines with many foods, such as white rice or rice with noodles.
