You should have all done a little bit of research by now. This should have helped give you some ideas for your presentation. Discuss your background reading and make sure you all have a similar understanding of the topic. 

Look at what needs to be included in your presentation. Break the content up into equally weighted chunks and allocate one to each of the group members to research over the break.

Here's a very brief description of what is included in the presentation (I would advise checking the study guide for more in depth details about the content of your presentation):
•       A brief description of the topic your team is researching
•       Why is your topic important? (what is the incidence, cost to the NHS, morbidity to patients?)
•       What care and support is available for patients with the condition (can be NHS or non-NHS, local or national, face to face or virtual etc)
•       Why is community care better than secondary care for these patients 

(So if there are 4 people in the group, allocate one of these bullet points each - do research around your allocated topic).

Discuss the research you did over the holidays (did anyone struggle to find information, are you all confident with the information you found etc.)

Decide how you are going to deliver your presentation (are you going to use powerpoint slides? are you all going to present? etc)

If you are all going to present:
The easiest option here is writing a short section of the presentation each - write the section of the presentation that you researched over the break. 
The team leader can then collate your slides and put them all together. 

If not all will present:
A similar method is often fairest. Use this meeting as an opportunity to ask questions about what you are planning to do or if you've come across any issues/difficulties.

Make sure everyone knows who is presenting (and the presenters know what they are going to say).
